What a lovely experience my father and I had at Synapse. Our massage therapists were waiting to greet us in their peaceful little lobby before helping us get logged into their system and situated in our cozy private rooms. I appreciated that my masseuse, Carolyn, took the time to ask me if there was anything she needed to know about before the massage, like past injuries or places to avoid etc. It was a very comfortable and professional experience. Pressure was perfect, environment was quiet and relaxing, and I even got a hot towel at the end in case I wanted to wipe away any oil, which was a nice touch. My dad and I went in with a lot of neck and shoulder tension, and left feeling pain-free and entirely taken care of. Thank you to Carolyn, Anna, and Stan at Synapse. I will be coming back for sure.
