Booked a last minute massage because of some horrible neck/shoulder pain. Dustin was not only kind and attentive in asking what might need work, but he focused on exactly what we talked about. Afterwards, he explained what had caused all the pain and how to continue working on the giant knot nestled in my shoulder blade with a tennis ball until my next appointment. I will definitely be back!
